Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
1 cup flour
½ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt ½ cup butter
½ cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar 1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla until fluffy. Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread batter out onto a 12", lightly greased pizza pan or similar sized heart-shaped cake or cookie pan. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

For icing, combine ¼ cup icing sugar with 1 tsp of lemon juice. Stir in a couple drops of your favorite food coloring. Spoon icing into a plastic sandwich or freezer bag. Cut the tip of the bag off and pipe the icing out.
