There are now two agencies involved.

One saying that referrals have been signed off on.

And one agency telling a family to expect a call on Tuesday.

Because the United States gets the information last due to the time difference, we usually know they are coming by phone calls arriving in other countries. It is possible to know more before I go to sleep, Ha! tonight but definitely in the morning.
