but feeling slightly optimistic. I read a rumor today that expedited families are expecting referrals on Tuesday. If that is true then our referral is probably going to arrive that day to. It is the first time I have heard it so we'll see where it takes us. (Expedited referrals are for families of Chinese descent.)I did predict March 31st! I wonder if it will be true?
