Today brings more rumors, different cut-off dates. Here is what I heard:

Spain received referrals up to October 26th

US agencies received referrals up to October 24th with a few agencies up to October 31st

Canada has not received referrals.

Maybe a second batch of referrals in March?

What does it all mean?

Will this change speed up our referral too?

Here's hoping that Canadian families sees referrals soon and that we see that second batch!
