The Almost Illusive Tigger....

This past Saturday we received a gift addressesd to us both, no return address, no name, nada thing! Inside the envelope were two books "Over the Moon" an adoption story and Daughter from Afar, and adoption journey written by an adoptive mom. There was no card, no name, nada thing!

I kept thinking to myself this is a quite a treat and I don't know who to thank. I don't know how I missed it but inside both books, the first page had a personalized saying.

Well we love you too!

Whoever you are and wherever you are!

I have been immersing myself in chinese culture and international adoption so both books will be part of our already prized collection. We will have plenty of books to read when our little one arrives thanks to all of our wonderfully mysterious family members and friends who have been helping us get thru the wait. Discussing adoption with our child will be something we plan on doing in our own special way as appropriately as we can based on our little one's age. Having books that will help us to fasciliate these discussions are a great plus!

Our book collection has grown quite a bit that it deserves its own special posting. I look forward to sharing our book collection with all of you!

Thanks Tigger, you always know how to make this girl a very happy one! Mike sends his love too!
