What a revelation!
What does it all mean?
At the beginning of the New Year, I joined a blog "Shape Up for China" with my fellow Marching Panda Moms. My goal is to lost some weight and get back in shape. The healthy eating starts this week. The exercise part is coming along. I am using our exercise bike and our pedometer to measure our walks.
This week I plan to keep the "footprints" out of my hair!
