One sign speaks for itself

Referrals are arriving! I should be happy right? We are closer right? Why don't I feel happy? The cut-off date is unclear. Referrals up to November 30th for sure. There is still a little hope that it is closer to December 5th. Will we ever get into the year 2006? It's anyone's guess at this point what the actual referral date cut-off might be. There is only one thing I do know for sure at this moment.
