It looks like referrals are on their way. They should start arriving anywhere between today and tomorrow. It also looks like March 2nd is the cut-off. While I am not happy about it, I will be two days closer, more children are joining their forever families, and for some the wait is ending. I look forward to hearing about all of the Marching Pandas and their new little ones.
