Today we expected snow and here it comes. It did give me a chance to do a few things that I should have done but hadn't done as of yet. I started on the baby's room. It was really more of an organizing event than anything else. I brought up empty tote boxes and organized clothes by size, toys, bath/kitchen, blankets, books/misc items, travel items. I could not believe how many items of clothing I had in the size 24 months/2T. One tote box filled. Wow!
I have a ton of bibs and summer hats.
It definitely helped to get me motivated to work on it when I realized just how disorganized my supposedly clutter-free room was. I did get rid of more stuff and almost completed one scrapbook project. I still have a lot to do but organizing most of it helped. I had stored a lot of stuff in my old dresser but we decided to give that away to make room for baby furniture so I had to empty it all out.
I had forgotten how much quilting material, sqaures, fabric, and unfinished projects there were. I want to try and get most of that done before the baby gets here.
Tonight I will be working on the shower list I promised my sisters weeks ago.
