here. If I am reading it correctly it is basically stating that they expect your adoption agency to counsel you not to come to pick up your child for a two month period. They have extended travel approvals for a period of two months for those who have them already. In addition, they also state that if you decide to come and you should feel sick to seek medical attention.
In the end it says absolutely nothing about referrals.
I don't know what to think. Sometimes what is said is more between the lines than what is on paper. I'll have to wait for my agency to open to get their take on it and that will not be for a couple of hours.
